Muppet cobbler. ...mmmmm Muppet Cobbler... The sandals are two layers of playroom floor foam leftover from Wild Thing Bernard's feet, with child belts sandwiched between. A cheap suede-like material was glued down for a nice leather-look. (Superglue was actually burning it!)
